T Drill
Use this drill to develop conditioning and flexibility in the abductors and adductors, and improve strength. Sprint to the top middle cone, plant and explode into a shuffle horizontally towards either side cone. Touch the side cone and reverse directions across to the opposite side cone. Plant and reverse directions once more to the top middle cone. Plant and backpedal through the back cone.
