Pride Leadership Cycle 2 Graduation

The Pride Leadership program provides training to Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual and Transgender professionals to expand their leadership capabilities and facilitate the placement of participants onto volunteer boards and into leadership roles in central Ohio.br /

Through lectures, hands-on workshops, assignments and simulated activities, Pride Leadership helps mid-to-senior level GLBT professionals improve their leadership skills. Training topics include: governance, management, strategic planning, fiscal management, marketing, fund-raising, parliamentary procedures, legal responsibilities and conflict resolution.br /
