I personally crashed a lot of lights with that when I was a child, OMG! Then we didn't get the tube but the head of a plastic bottle (fanta, cola, etc.) and put the globe around the tap.

joder,esto está más que descubierto,yo ya lo utilizaba en los 80 para matar pájaros (y disparar a los culos que veías por ahí,jeje) y es como dice visitor1, se corta la boquilla de una botella de plastico,se unía el globo con una goma y usábamos granos de maíz o garbanzos.En el norte de España lo llamábamos \"tirahuevos\".
