Forefoot (Pose) versus Pose Running Technique

Video nicely shows the difference between Forefoot (Pose) and Pose Running. The 4 proposed steps to improve the running technique are a little too simple, yet check them out. Advantages of Forefoot or Pose Running are: increased speed due to greater propulsion, efficiency, balance, stability, reduced injury due to less impact to joints and muscles.
