http://www.GreenJoyment.comrnrnIn attempting to make this solar cooker work for cooking eggplant parmesean, Carrie and I met with disappointing results.rnrnI'm not sure what we did wrong but the pizza box solar cooker didn't do what it was designed to do in cooking our food. The eggplant Parmesean was still delicious however. Perhaps we will try this again sometime in a solar funnel cooker, or using the eagle solar cooker.
