Como hacer pastel de queso con gelatina de limón

El pastel de queso con gelatina es muy fácil de preparar:
Necesitaremos: 1 tarrina de queso de untar,2 briks de nata liquida ( 400 ml.) 1 sobre de gelatina de limón, 10 ó 12 sobaos y 5 cucharadas de azúcar para el caramelo.
