Como hacer Mona de Pascua (con pa de pessic)

Hola!
Amb la meva filla de 5 anys, vam fer les magdalenes i ens van sortir bonísimes. Avui vol fer la mona ja veurem si ens en sortirem. Sembla molt fàcil i molt bona ja direm quelcom.

He hecho la receta al pie de la letra pero....
No ha subido ha quedado como un poco pesado, sin volumen.
Antes de poner al horno, ha de reposar? para que suba la levadura?
