    I love Pan con Tomate but I think I would also love Tomato Basil Crostini. Because I love bread and tomato. The presentation is much better with Tomato Basil Crostini than with Pan con Tomate. HolidayKitchen have you ever tried Pan con Tomate?

    This is kinda like Pan con Tomate from Spain. I was in Barcelona last year and at every restaurant you get Pan con Tomate, which is bread with tomato smeared on it then salt and olive oil on top. It seems too simple to be good but it is great. I will have to try this recipe because it seems like it would be even better.
