my pc is up to 2gig with pentium D, and now i using the other screen capture software, sometime its still lagging, its camStudio solve ths problem?

You got my vote. I usually use camtasia, but that costs money and this programs seems to do most of what camtasia does. I used camtasia to record the videos I have here on sclipo.
