The liquid (yolk and white) inside raw eggs doesn't spin (or stop spinning) as fast as the shell.If you've cooked a batch of hard-boiled eggs and put them in the fridge... then someone else has moved them... you can find out which are raw and which are cooked just by spinning them. (more)(less)
