Que linterna más chula!!! Menuda velocidad de montaje! ¿por que no las hará en serie y las vende? Por ejemplo en http://mayoromejor.com :)

umm lets see... most computers have power to USB when they are off anyway... if not then they are just crap. this is completely useful, but yes i agree it needs LEDs

  • #13  visitor12 ~ Sep 05, 2007

Why don't you just make one that plugs into the internal power supply connector? That's why they are there.

I have multiple computers side by side and yes one computer can power the light while I change the hard drive on one of the other computers. And if you're worried about the glue then use an led light. duh!

Yes, right. If I do a mistake I can \"

Do people think before disagreeing? There is no suggested use. It's just a cool guide to making a flash light. Maybe not ideal for computer tinkering, but good for many other things, I do allot of things in the dark at night that could use light (reading books or checking a manual, finding something near by [flash drive?], so on). I always felt a little bothered lighting up my whole room. Nice guide.

Ok, so now somebody needs to figure out how to stick a rechargeable battery in there so you can plug into usb when you're not using it. Also, it should use an LED, brighter light, and it won't burn out in forever.

does it matter if it is useful? its damn cool!

  • #6  visitor5 ~ Sep 05, 2007

Is the USB going to have power when you're in your PC changing the hard drive?

  • #5  visitor4 ~ Sep 05, 2007

Do you people not think before agreeing with something? There is NO usefulness to this unless you have hot swappable components. Why the hell would I shine a light around in my computer unless I'm pulling or replacing parts? What good is it? You have to turn off the computer ANYWAY. DUH. Also, glue? Glue the lightbulb in? Sure, Einstein. What happens when the bulb blows? *sigh*

  • #4  visitor3 ~ Sep 05, 2007

How do you change the lite-bulb?

  • #3  visitor2 ~ Sep 05, 2007

Sure it's useful, if you get into your PC alot to swap drives or do other quick work. Generally speaking the inside of your box is probably not well lit.

  • #2  visitor1 ~ Sep 05, 2007

thats awesome, dude, i'm going to go build it!
