try to imagine the line you want to draw,try to see it on the paper,then make the movenment with your arm a couple of times in the air,before you actually draw it.
most important; try to make smooth lines,in one stroke,in stead of 'sawing\" back and forth.
Im thinkin of drawing a car too. Did it once on A2 paper with pencil and it came out nicely, for a 1st car ever finished. after that, never ever again. it took like 30 hours to draw xD
Tried to draw a car this time... Before anyone tells me how much it sucks or how I did not draw it right and screwed up on the perspective, I will remind you that I called this "Drawing a Car" and not "How to Draw a Car". I suck at drawing vehicles, I know. I need a lot more practice. As for the car itself... It is no specific car, I just made one up, so ya...

try to do less lines. If you try it you will get used to think before you draw and you will improve your drawing a lot
