Basic online manipulation of images

Snipshot.com previously Pixoh.com enables you to do basic manipulation of images using their online tools (resize, crop & rotate). Once you have made your changes you can save in a number of formats (as well as save directly to flickr). They have also created a bookmarklet that when pressed will present you with a new window so you can select any image that is on the current website your visiting.
