Drawing a City Block in Perspective
More perspective. A bit more advanced than last time. This starts off showing you how to draw a grid of squares that are all the same size in perspective. It's very hard to explain perspective in writing, and though it seems extremely complicated when you don't know what's going on, once you 'get it', then it's easy. I hope this helps a little bit. I learned my perspective this way, from watching someone else draw using vanishing points. Before that, I had looked at tons of books but I could never figure it out. I hope that showing what I'm doing in this way will help. Tools: Photoshop Camtasia Studio Wacom Tablet

Speedpainting 6
Another woman... I am taking painting digitally more seriously now. I used to do it just for these videos, and on my own time I had practice with oils and do my more "serious" work... But I have found that doing these digital works actually helps me improve my understanding of colour a lot better than just doing a lot of oil painting. Anyway, so this one is sped up a lot. Actual time was a bit over 45 mins.
