System Requirements
Sclipo Live Teaching work on most any PC and Mac with Internet connection. No download or installation needed.
The minimum requirements are:
All Participants:
1) Browser with Flash installed: Firefox 3 or later (recommended), Safari 4 or later, Chrome, IE 7 or later
2) Flash: version 10 or later
3) Internet Connection: Broadband, 1 MB upload and download speed recommended.
4) RAM: 1 GB or higher
Teachers (required):
Webcam: Please use only good and up-to-date webcam, micro and headset. This is very important to achieve good video and audio quality. Sclipo recommends these webcams.
Students (optional):
1) Microphone & headset: Needed if student wants to speak during the live teaching session.
2) Webcam: Needed if student wants to be seen in live teaching session.
How to teach a live from Moodle?
As a Moodle Teacher:
- 1. In your Course, select the Activity Sclipo Live Web Class
- 2. Describe and schedule your live teaching session (a class, webinar, conference, etc.)
- 3. Upload the documents to present during the live teaching session
- 4. At the time of the live teaching session, enter the web classroom

How to learn live from Moodle?
As a Moodle Student:
- 1. In your course, find the Sclipo Live Web Class in the Moodle Events or Calendar
- 2. Click on the name of the live teaching session (a class, webinar, conference, etc.)
- 3. At the time of the live teaching session, enter the web classroom

How to install the Sclipo plugin?
As a Moodle Administrator:
- 1. Download the Plug-in
- 2. Copy the Plug-in to the folder "mod" in the directory: moodle/mod/
- 3. Log in to Moodle as Administrator and click on "Notifications"
