This 13 week exercise plan contains 3 training sessions per week, ranging in length from about 25 to 75 minutes. Ideal for anybody who wants to learn and prepare for a 10k. By the end of the 13 weeks you will be ready for either a Walk/Run 10K or the Run 10K.
